With a career that spans over 50 years in the automotive industry, John Herndon has held nearly every managerial position in a new car dealership, from ASE Master Technician to Shop Foreman, Service Manager, and ultimately Fixed Operations Director. His journey continued as he traveled the U.S. as a business consultant, working directly with new car dealers to streamline operations and enhance profitability. 

Today, as an Automotive Solutions Consultant, John leverages his deep expertise and hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Mitchell1 and Bolt On Technology. He partners with independent auto repair shops and dealerships to optimize their operations, from opening new businesses to improving day-to-day management. With a unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, he helps clients unlock their full potential and achieve sustained success
